Foods That Are Super Healthy
I want to come here 😍
yesssss etouffeeee. I adore New Orleans and I never see any food travel channels eat crawfish etouffee and it was my favourite thing!
Shut up!! How did I miss that y’all were here?? 😭 also, that is NOT jambalaya. You need to come to Gonzales, La “The Jambalaya Capitol of the World”
I am a huge Sorted fan but I felt that this vid missed the mark – it just didn't seem to have much of a narrative thread.I think they recorded so much content they cut out all the links and background which just left it seeming bitty. 😔
lol what were you thinking going to NOLA in that heat?!
N'Orleans you mean???
I never wanted to go to New Orleans so much!
Guys, I'd really like to take you on a tasting tour of Cape Town, South Africa – it will blow your mind!
Mikes voice sounds off in the intro
You guys need to come to Newfoundland!
Parkway Tavern/Bakery Mid City
Never heard of them, but love em already. Welcome to New Orleans friends!!
I mean, hate to sound naive, but who are you guys and do you have a show?!!
Anybody know the song at 5:05
Whats with the color grading? Mike and Baz shots are very different from Jamies and Bens?
34 degrees Celsius, that’s a comfortable summer’s day in the big easy 🤣
You guys literally eat the whole day!! How??!?!! Like dont you feel stuffed 😂
I just watched a whole thing about Commander’s Palace! Amazing place with an amazing history!
You guys need to do a d4unk pass it on, how can we make this happen?!
daaaamn my boys are stepping it up with them good angles and slow mo' sh*t !!!
Loved the intro + voice over
Yes! Starting off at the right place! Killer poboys is the first place we always stop at in NOLA. I love their cauliflower poboy.
Man I love how they got a fried bologna, such an American dish.
If you don’t go to Willie Maes or Dooky Chase I’m going to be very disappointed.
*you missed out.
I definitely prefer the actual cooking episodes over these "watch us go somewhere and eat stuff" videos.
2:15 "Picked up a souvenier" Barry and Ben are becoming the same person!
Lucky you were able to shoot at commanders palace. Did you visit the cemetery across the road?
Ayy trending again, mates!
I have to admit that I had never heard of a po'boy before this video 🙂
It's an odd way to put it, but that is some of the most…genuine architecture I've ever seen. It's like crossing Fairbanks, AK, where everything is built with a very utilitarian "Survive the godforsaken winters" mindset, with a middle school art camp for prodigies only. Nothing I saw in this felt model-home, nothing felt corporate, every single building looked like they built with whatever they had on hand and then made it look spectacular.
Come to think of it, that's pretty much what their food is too. (Eat whatever swamp life is edible, and then make it one of the most famous cuisines in the world.)
That transition/wipe before the French market, love it!
You're such a dad Jamie 🤣❤
I'm so glad you guys made it to N'awlins. It's one of my favourite cities in the US.
Always wanted to go there! Food looks awesome! Cooking inspiration thanks guys 👍🏼
I've said it before and I'm saying it again, MASSIVE shout out to the editing of these videos! Top job!
Is it not 'Bananas Foster'? Now I'm questioning everything because ben said 'banana fosters'
Why don't they invite James?
Just want to say: love the commentary and videography. Well done, boys ! All for Sorted adventures!! Would love to taste all of these things.
And excuse me, but did I see some pretty great dance moves from Ben there?! Love seeing a different side of you all 🙂
I love the term “it melts in your mouth… but with a crunch”
I envy you guys in these videos
You guys need to hit up Houston. It is one of the most underrated cities. It is the most culturally diverse city in the country and an AMAZING restaurant town!
New Orleans has been on my bucket list since 15 years old I'm 33
Next time you get a brain freeze, place your thumb against the roof of your mouth!!
I love how proud Jamie was when the man called him the lumberjack in his rap
– Mojo JoJo 🦍
So if they had Bananas Foster for dessert, what did Baz have?
Come to Australia already!!!!!
I would have given a pinky finger to hang out with sorted in NOLA. I am in Houston and I would have made the drive. Where do we find out where yall will be when you come to the USA.
So glad I stayed for the end dance.. So worth it!
I could listen to Ben talk about food all day 😍
PLEASE balance the music and the talking. 😖😫 I like to watch this at night (as well as binging it during the day lol) but can’t at night because I’ll wake my bf (don’t like wearing headphones because I can’t hear if my son wakes up) AND I enjoy listening to y’all in the car through the speakers but I constantly have to turn it up when y’all talk and then immediately back down because the music is so loud. 😢 Love y’all though!
I notice in this one the voiceover is much louder than them talking and reviewing the food. Maybe personal mics would help?! I can’t hear some of them at times so I turn it up and then other times I have to turn the volume down lol. So frustrating 🥺
Gotta hit PA/ Pennsylvania it's a thing here in PA using short version "PA". Have some Lebanon baloney and beer at seltzer, in Lebanon county. Let alone yuengling brewery in pottsville. Might be worth a trip between Pittsburg and philly and
I would love to see some "no deal Brexit" cooking. Recipes with only British grown food that would be fascinating especially if adjusted for availability to the average person since Britain does not really produce the quantities of food to go around for everyone. Maybe you could experiment with a month of "no deal Brexit" diet.
Great video guys!
They were in New Orleans?! I could have stalk… I mean admired them from afar. Literally go there all the time.
OMG…first place…I've actually been there! Like two doors down from the museum of death?! I'm suddenly living for your content like it's the first thing you've posted!! Sorry…carry on…:31
Maybe it’s my bias, but slightly upset you didn’t come to Brennan’s where we originated the Bananas Foster in 1948! Also upset that you were so close to where I am every day and I didn’t see y’all. Maybe next time!
5:15 Waiting for the triggered comments about how the boys pronounce "New Orleans".
It's a hard life… 😂
You can tell Jamie is colour blind with that shirt 😂
Ben you know what they say about those who can't dance right….. They become chefs.
The look of boredom on that girls face standing in line with her sister and father i assume is pretty much how i look all the time.
13:09 oh so ya like jazz
This food looks epic!!!
It's weird to think that the original Bananas Foster was invented with Gros Michel bananas. I wonder how the Cavendish bananas affected the taste.
this video made me very happy, so many good vibes! also, I must ask; when will the other DNA-test videos be up? I was really excited for them! 😀
What’s the difference between a po boy and say a fried oyster sandwich? Never had one so honestly curious/confused
A PIO (Pass It On) focused on the city you’re in would be fun! Missing PIOs
So a po-boy is basically what Lousianans call a (typically meat-filled, tradtionally beef or seafood) sandwich made with a baguette?
I went for the first time this past February. Absolutely perfect weather, food and drinks. Probably my favorite city in the world!
Wait, why are they not allowed to say "deep, dark, rich stew"? I think I'm missing an old in-joke here….
BUT WHO WON??
Cavier Po Boy? Isn't that a bit of a contradiction????😀
I want to go here so bad! I love Cajun and Creole food!
Come to New Orleans and feed your soul
the blond one looks like the singer from Kodaline
Please bring the pancake song back
I know it's weird but…
Jambalaya is pronounced jum-ba-lie-a
I'm sorry, but you can't mark beignet off the list until you've been to cafe du monde
The hell… That third one wasn't a po-boy, it was just a fried baloney sandwich.
Jamie for strictly. Well Charleston week at least.
Another one making me smile!!! I love seeing you guys enjoying yourselves so much…maybe not the hour in the heat so much but all the rest you can see how happy you are to be back with the music and food and people.
So… Who watched b inging with Babish's video on the impson food tour and saw some places they saw from that video in this one?
Why….didn’t…you….go….to….Domilise’s….for….poboys?!?! Killin me!
I want a sandwich now.
Mike and Barry with brain freeze! 😂 Shouldn’t laugh but it’s so funny 😂
Hi, I'm diabetic and was wondering if you could do a video of a diabetic friendly sweet/dessert?
@1:59.. "Good Bologna" .. I'm sorry, there's no such thing – ever.. Even worse, FRIED Bologna – gross!! 😝
how you guys stay so svelte is beyond me…
I used to live in New Orleans and seeing some of these meals that are doing the absolute most is so NOLA. 😂
I went to NOLA for my 21st and hardly remember what I ate 😂
Could you teach me how to cook kangaroo meat? Although some people may find them gamey but I love them. The problem I have with cooking them is that they are so damn tough!
We are headed to Vegas in April 2020 and cannot wait to get stuck into some of the amazing food from across the pond.. but we dont have a clue where to start? –
Can anyone recommend their favourite Vegas food spots to try! – think we will be there for the Great Vegas Festival of Beer and think that's supposed to be packed with food trucks (and beer i assume..) so any recommendations on what we should look out for there too would be AWESOME! Thanks 😀
Eating my mom's version of gumbo (gumbo+jambalaya sort of) as I watch this~
Thank you for going to my hometown. I haven't been able to go back for a while but I got to relive it vicariously thorough you. Let me know when you go back I'll have some family take you to some other local places and maybe have them cook for you
Y’all jacked Tastemades music! It’s not copyrighted?
It’s so weird that as soon an Jamie said garden room at felt an overwhelming urge to cry. I still might cry. Edit: nope I saw Jordan and now I’m doomed. I remember that video 😭
I'll probably get flack for this comment. If you guys ever come back to Louisiana, please expand beyond New Orleans. Louisiana has so much more to offer. Also, the reason red beans and rice are normally served on just Monday is because that would be the day laundry was washed. They would cook the red beans and rice all day as laundry was being done.
Disappointed that you did not try turtle soup at Arnaud's.
