For fish lovers, dry fish (recipe) is definitely a treat! I am one of them! So, today I will show my favorite
tasty delight ‘Sode Bhat’. Let’s take 4 to 5 tbsp of oil. Oil is hot enough, let’s add
1 cinnamon, 3 cloves and 4 to 5 black pepper. 1 tbsp of ginger and garlic paste. 2 finely chopped onions. Half a tsp of turmeric powder. Few coriander leaves. A cup of sode (dried prawns),.. ..soaked in water for 30 minutes. Give it a stir. Let’s take 1 and a half cup of rice.
We have to only wash it. You can use the rice available at home. Let’s take add a tbsp of mix masala. You can use the regular masala
of your choice stored at home. After that, let’s salt to taste. Make sure you add a bit of less
salt as added dried prawns are salty. Now, let’s add water twice the
quantity of rice, that is, 3 cups. Let’s add a tbsp of
masala paste made using dried coconut . You can watch its video on the channel. And, let’s mix it well. Now, let’s cover it with a lid and
wait for 10 to 15 minutes and let it cook. 15 minutes later. Let’s check if it’s done. This is done,
let’s switch off the stove.. ..and instantly garnish it with
few coriander leaves. Let’s mix it once. It’s time to take it out (in a bowl). Sode Bhat is ready! I can’t think of anything else
as this is mouthwatering! Let it be, bye!
