Type II diabetes, definitely…but not juvenile onset or Type I diabetes, but it certainly lessens the effects of Type I diabetes. Type II diabetes can be totally reversed with a vegan diet!
This is what happened to my grandmother in April. We lost the cornerstone of our family, they wrote it off as natural causes, but this is it, all 4 took over and lead to her stroke. She'd grown very fond of sweets, meats and starch products, gradually lost interest in veggies. She was 86, very sharp, still driving herself, aware of current news, but a stroke or heart attack is sudden, with no chance to detox and go veg, no time to say goodbye.

Juvenile diabetes or Type 1 diabetes, is a form of diabetes mellitus that results from autoimmune destruction of insulin-producing beta cells of the pancreas. When the insulin beta cells are destroyed, the only resolution is insulin injection, otherwise it is fatal. Some researchers believe the autoimmune response is influenced by antibodies against cow's milk proteins, however no connection has been established between auto-antibodies, antibodies to cow's milk proteins.
Depends on what's in it! Chocolate in it's original form is a plant based product…OK for vegans, except…Cacao is a raw or processed food produced from the seed of the tropical Theobroma cacao tree. The Aztecs made it into a beverage known as xocolātl, a Nahuatl word meaning "bitter water". The seeds of the cacao tree have an intense bitter taste, and must be fermented to develop the flavor. You gonna add sugar?
Of course "they" wrote it off as "natural causes". Very few physicians know anything about nutrition, and very few nutritionists know much about diseases. Still…she beat the statistics, which for Americans is 77.6 years! My neighbors just made it. The wife died of leukemia, and her husband couldn't face living alone, so he blew his head off with a shotgun. They were both 77.

Whole plant-based nutrition is what it's about…vegan can be *very* nasty if you are eating french fries, chips, etc….get your greens on (raw AND steamed)…load up on veggies and fruits and you should be good to go. Thanks Doc for all you do!!!! You are the Paul Revere of good nutrition!

Guys, build muscle doesn't have to be difficult (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan called Proladox Diet Plan (do a search on google). Seriously, that diet plan has transformed my life. I probably shouldn't even be mentioning it cause I don't want a bunch of other guys out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am just in a good mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

Type 2 is a mineral deficiency, they've known this since the 1950s, they cured it in pigs for f**ks sake. Chromium & Vanadium. So you can eat all the fruit and veg you want if the minerals are not in the soil you don't get them and eventually your body runs out and you get diabetes. Type 2 diabetics produce more insulin than non diabetics but their body cant recognise it at the cellular level, and you also need 22 other mineral co-factors for these 2 minerals work. I could cure diabetes, sorry reverse, your not aloud say cure, in a few months. I never here this Dr say anything about minerals. And eggs are not bad for you, there a perfect food. Cholesterol is not the problem, INFLAMATION IS. And cholesterol DOES NOT cause inflammation. Fried foods (so no more stir fries) All oils and nitrates and nitrites is processed foods cause it. Cholesterol and calcium deposits are just trying to fix the problem of scar tissue causing turbulence in the blood flow. And the blood don't turbulence. I wonder will this Dr eventually get Alzheimer's because of his foolish belief about cholesterol. BECAUSE ITS A CHOLESTEROL DEFICIENCY. 75% of our brain is made of it, when it goes away, Knock knock, theirs nobody home.
