Now to chop your onion. You are going to want
to cut it into a nice portion to put in your chopper. You can chop it directly in the lid
or on the cutting board. We are going to do some finely chopped onions and this would
prevent the tears and the spraying of the onion juice that sometimes you don’t want
to get on you. This would keep it away from your hands cause you would not be actually
handling it. You do straight on your cutting board to cut coarsely; you are going to chop
1,2,3. If you want it finely chopped, you are going to probably go to 7. That would
give you coarsely chopped onions in just seconds without any tears or smell left behind on
your hand. Now if you wanted to do a tomato, again you are going to do the same. You are
going to cut into to a portion. I’m going to chopped directly straight onto the cutting
board and we are going to chop this a little less fine; a little bit more coarse. We are
going to do 1,2,3. Then you got a coarsely cut tomato. If you wanted it a little finer,
you are going to add another chop or two and then you have your coarsely chopped tomato.
To store it you are just going to disassemble it and put it in your dishwasher for cleaning.
Enjoy your chopped vegetables!
