and today I’m going to teach you how to make some Cuban style picadillo. I’m going to go
to the food processor and place the pieces of pepper and onions in here to make it quick.
Chop it up, take pieces of it. Just big chunks of pieces like that. You don’t have to be
perfect when it comes to the food processor. I’m using the top part, as you see here. It
has a small blade. I don’t need to use the bottom part. Unless you have a big family
and you want to use more ingredients, then you can use the bottom part. I’m doing a recipe
for like about 3-4 people. Actually, you can even use this recipe for even just one. It’s
small amounts, so you can do any amounts that you want, but I’m using the small part. Closing
it up, putting it on. No water, no nothing. It’s just going to chop it up for me and do
it for me, instead of me sitting there all day long and chopping away. It’s doing if
for me and getting it ready. That way you can go ahead and do this.
