Add the paste that we made in the beginning. the flame is low now. we are not using any color here. We will use the ingredients in the paste to give it its natural color. Fresh cream is optional. Fresh cream enhances the flavour and texture. The gravy is going to be restaurant style. As you can see its very easy to make, faster and tastier. keep the gravy medium thick so that you can eat with roti, paratha, or naan. If you wish you can eat with rice also. After cooking for some time on a high flame we will n now lower the flame cover the lid and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Wow you can see the perfect color and perfect gravy consistency. you can see the oil is also floating. This is exactly the kind of consistency required. Its perfect it is neither thick nor watery. Its is ready to serve now.
