I'm at a point where I can't lose anymore… I was 210lb now I'm 185lb I want to get to at least 170lb but can't. I workout normally and eat right.

My close friend finally confided in me exactly how she lose most of her excessive fat and it has been by following the “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it). At this point it is been working wonderful. I’ve been wanting to reduce at least 3 pounds for some time by now however it is happening now. Very pleased of the good results I have gotten so far. .

You cant really count calories accurately. All the calories on foods are estimated and on every meal you will probably be at least 50 calories off. The calculators are basically like playing bingo. Just eat healthy and not too much and thats pretty much it.

I have lots of food allergies and sensitivities. Some people say it's all in my head. But i got my allergies to food tested and if i avoid the foods completely i am good. But its so hard with my allergies big one are garlic, eggs, fish and so much more. I dont go to restaurants any more because of my allergies. If i do i just sit watching people eat. Any tips how to deal?It all giving me anxiety to live because i am afraid i am going to get sick. Really scary when i goto pot luck. I usually just take my own food. People look at me funny.

I agree with everything Dr Mike has stated except for one point. And that is that you will lose weight when eating a cookie diet of 1500 calories. Eating about 19.2 homemade choc chip cookies a day everyday will more likely make you stay the same weight or gain weight. After all when depriving your body of proper food and nutrition your body will go into ‘starvation mode’ and hold onto whatever energy you put into it. The high sugar content in the cookies will also most likely make you feel sick and lethargic. And when you are tired due to poor nutrition you will most likely stay sedentary and doing daily tasks will be very difficult. Also a high sugar diet can cause an imbalance in hormones and cause you to gain weight and have all sorts of toilet issues, skin issues, mood swings and eventually cause you to crash and binge. Wouldn’t this be a more realistic outcome of eating 1500 calories of a cookie diet rather than the outcome of losing weight, Dr Mike??

I always hated the bad rep that carbs got. I do not understand why so many people hate them. I love whole grain carbs, fruits/veggies, rice, beans, I love them all.

I've been watching many of your videos and really enjoy your content.
I'd like to hear you talk about a low carb diet that includes dairy, natural fat, and whole grains, and excludes artificial sweeteners and unnatural additives.
I've been told that my A1C is too high and I know I need to lose a significant amount of weight. I have several chronic conditions that have influenced my options: I have IBS leaning toward diarrhea, GERD so bad that I now have mild Barrett's esophagus, and a thyroid condition which I do think is Hashimoto's but I cannot prove it (among other things that are not digestion-based, and yes, I am being treated for all of them).
Thus, I've already changed my diet significantly: I supplement my breakfast of organic home-prepared rolled oats with cranberries and blueberries (and coffee) with whole goat's milk, which actually tastes better to me and seems to do well in my stomach. For snacks, I eat natural (meaning no additives except salt, butter and palm oil) microwave popcorn, 80% cacao chocolate, and whole milk plain Greek yogurt. I often skip lunch, but if I can manage it, I eat a whole mandarin orange and a nut bar that contains mostly nuts and a small amount of sugar to bind in a sort of brittle. Dinner is the wild card, my partner cooks or we order out, he knows my diet choices and tries to conform.
Currently, I've started to minimize my snacking (which is often late at night). As far as my digestion goes, I've been told to avoid cruciferous vegetables and try to follow the FODMAP diet. My partner loves cruciferous vegetables, so I do eat them in very small servings. It seems to me that the FODMAP diet says to avoid all my favorite fruits and other things, so I've kind of given up on that.
Do you have any recommendations for me?
P.S. I'm not talking about exercise here, I haven't been getting enough and I think that might be a large part of my problem, even though my doctor seems intent on focusing on my diet. I like to swim, but have been blocked during some of the winter months by the high school swim teams that eat up a large amount of time at the local rec center. I intend to start swimming 2-3 days a week starting next week and increasing that as I am able.

I`ve been taking this fat loss program “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it) for some days right now and so far I love them! They give me a lot of strength as well as reduce my appetite, yet I do NOT crash whenever they wear off which I enjoy, and they don`t cause me to feel jittery. I haven`t changed other things I am doing and have lost 7 lbs. .
