Foods That Are Super Healthy
Can you freeze these ingredients and then put in the fridge the night before you plan to make the smoothie? Or does the veg not cope with that? Or is freezing not a good idea for nutrient content?

Dr. Dr. Dr. I tried this drink and I was so disappointed I didn’t know what to do. Either I did not make it correctly or our taste buds are just totally different. I was excited when I finally saw a all vegetable smoothie with no sweet fruit. Trying to cut down my fruit consumption since I am a new vegan and I feel my weight is coming off too slow. Also your recipe made so much. Yes I drank it all down, only for the nutritional value. I must say it was totally disgusting. Love ❤️ ya anyway for sharing. lol 😂

One thing, if you look up the interview that DR Mercola did, they found you have to HEAT the turmeric up or you only get 1%, fat, black pepper or not, it goes to 12% , its in the literature and it is why the original golden milk recipe had HEATED TURMERIC, you can make a paste then us it cold, but use it in a week, (simmer a quarter cup of turmeric as a paste with water for 10 mins). Here read and learn- In searching the literature, I found that a way to change that, to dramatically increase the bioavailability, is actually a very simple process of bringing water to a boil, putting those capsules or some dry powder (I use it by the teaspoon), and boiling it for 10 to 12 minutes. That increases the amount of curcumin dissolved in water from that one-percent amount up to 12 percent or so. Confused, in previous videos you have stated that cruciferous vegetables (kale) should be chopped & let to sit 45 minutes. In your juice you don't chop (or massage the kale) & let sit to active enzymes…confused?

What does it taste like? I prefer 2 cups of Arugula, 1 peeled cucumber, 1 kiwi and 1/4 cup frozen strawberries. of course adding vanilla, pink salt, etc.you get the cruciferous dark leafy greens but the sweetness of the kiwi will take over in a good way

Silly to see him jumping around. My daily veg. smoothie, aside from greens and vegs. mentioned, adds exotic high nutrition: moringa powder, black seed oil and black cumin seeds, chia seeds, garlic, royal jelly with honey and water. Caraway powder to aid digestion and turmeric powder since I can't always find the root. Add enough water to make it smooth and easy to drink.
In Chinatown I get a big bag of raw daikon radish and scallions for a $1 –too much to eat and too much for the refrig. because they stink when spoiling. I cut them into 1 inch pieces and freeze and in my smoothies or veg. or alcohol drinks use them instead of ice cubes.

I think we are witnessing a new iron, or mineral chef. Bravo, mix it up for the audience.
You can get rocket to last 5 days. I buy fresh from a farmers market. Wash it. Lay it out on a flat table to dry. Then store in a large airtight box, putting a few layers of bread or kitchen paper towels between layers of the arugula, and store in the fridge. I have to do it like this as the weekly market is the only day I can buy my veggies atm
For those without an amazing blender, do chop up your carrot and other things into small pieces first. You can also pop your daily dose of flaxseed into the blender too to be blended with the veggies. And also my weaker blender needs cold water instead of ice cubes to cope lol
If u have difficulty with the taste of this smoothie, leave out all the 'hot' items/ condiments and the tomato juice and instead pop in a whole large mango and an apple (chopped) plus some water if needed … Much more pleasant.
You can pre blend and immediately freeze in bags. I thaw a few bags every 3 or 4 days and drink 3/4 of a litre every day or two. Works pretty well.
