To chop Rosemary, first start by cleaning
the leaves off the stem. Hold on to the very top of the stem and with your other hand,
pull down to remove all the leaves from the stem. The stem of Rosemary can be very bitter
very woody, so you definitely don’t want to eat it. However, you can use the stem for
grilling as a skewer and that will impart the flavor on the inside of whatever you’re
grilling. Now that you have all your leaves off the stem, place the leaves together, and
you’re going to run your knife through the leaves and that is how you chop Rosemary.
