Hey I know you guys look at the comments when you post a video! Eric, How long did you let the chicken rest before searing? Normally when I'm doing steaks I take them right from the oven to the pan. Thoughts?
"And you can't mess this up" HA! Watch me! I suck at breaking down chickens. Better to run it over with my lawn mower 😏 Beautiful looking dish though! Yours, not mine 😂
Great video, mouth watering, as always! Btw no smoking the chicken blunt? Haha
very nice Chef! and it looks easy to execute. im doing this for thanksgiving!!!

Can you do this in the oven because some of us don't have grills?
Dull ass knife!
Too much talking. Same steps repeated 2 or 3 times. Just cook and talm about it as it happens. Dont need more commentary when nothing is happening
Hey (aka) JOE that looks really good. I did that but with pork. I like it with bones cracked that old bone n spread it out meanly cause I don't have knife skills like you I like my fingers. One thing for sure you know how to beat your chicken lololololol.
I enjoyed it. New and different ideas help us all. Thanks for this.

We make Johnny cakes as a to go breakfast in the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴
Great technique! Hey, what about that smoke? Since your style of reverse-sear yields minimal wood flavors, any thoughts about infusing more smoky goodness?
Would not be easier to use a sharp chefs knife?
You guys are awesome. I didn't know you could do that with chicken. Keep making great videos!
Great job, looks outstanding.

Hey guys. Ya'll have great videos. If you're interested, here's a link to a video that shows a different technique for deboning a chicken (less knife work). The chef in the video is Jaques Pepin. He's french and has superb technique for everything he does. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ku5p1CcGn70

Great de-boning demonstration, never have seen that…would have pounded thinner to make a larger role…would have tied the meat, instead of using aluminium foil, done you want a smoked bryd….would sear over open flames, wit additional wood….Great job chef, thank you for sharing

Dude, watch the Jacques Pepin video on boning out a chicken.
Poor choice of fillings.
