Hello~ Everyone! I’ve prepared some meat (Korean beef) today,
I will be eating at home this time. I always eat around 3 kg (6.6lbs).
So I’ve prepared about that much in different parts. This one is the Tenderloin. This one is Galbi (Rib).
This one is Chuck Skirt. This one if the Rib Finger.
This one is the Outside Skirt The Sirloin is here in the middle. The total cost was about 700,000 won ($600 USD) There was like a grade 8, 9, and so on and these are the higher end of grade 9. So it’s some top-notch meat It’s best to melt this part to use its juice to cook. This is fresh non-fermented Kimchi they provided for me The owner told me this is tastes really good.
So I’m going to give it a try. Yummy! Now I’m going to start cooking the meat! I’ll be starting with the Tenderloin which has the least grease I heard that it’s best when aged… Look at the color!
It’s like tartare. The salt is right here! It’s not regular salt,
They said this one was expensive Just a bit like this~ The wooden tong is not working too well.. *There was a problem with the “fueling” part,
So here’s me “fueling” my drink from my other video>
