Hi! Today, I’m going to share vegan finds at Whole Foods, which is an organic supermarket, in San Francisco There are no plastic packaging for fresh veggies and fruits, making it eco-friendly You can buy lots of items in bulk too Cereals, dried fruits, nuts, rice, grains, beans, and so on. The West is shifting to plastic-free shopping in order to save the planet and sea animals People bring their own jars from home I hope Japan will have more of this soon! This is a newly-found vegan cookie brand, emmy’s It’s so helpful to have a clear vegan label in the front! Organic and gluten-free as well. Even better Lots of flavors! These are hummus With lots flavors such as tomato and spicy ones and tortillas On all these three shelves are vegan cheese As are dairy-free, those are popular among those who are allergic to milk or health-conscious Shredded cheese, mozzarella, smoked cheese, feta cheese You can have any kinds of vegan cheese! My favorite is Miyoko’s founded by a Japanese person On the bottom three shelves are vegan meat They have a varieties of vegan sausages The word “plant-based” is often labelled on vegan items Helpful to look for it when you travel overseas This is Beyond Meat I talked about in my last video It’s popular for its very meaty taste. A vegan chicken made of chickpea flour and flour And even a vegan bacon! On the bottom shelves are tofu, tempeh and vegan chicken curry with yuba The package with the man with the beard is Upton’s who uses jackfruits as meat alternatives You can get it in Japan in supermarkets such as at National Azabu Supermarket.
