chinese chicken vegetable fried rice (bangla recipe) mixing 1 tea-spoon salt and 1/2 tea-spoon cooking oil in hot boiling water. adding one cup rice into the water after washing it very well will cook the rice 90% at this stage. when it is 90% done, will strain the rice with a strainer. after straining, will spread out the rice on a clear surface and turn on the fan to make it cool very quickly when the rice came into room temperature, will fridge it for 6-7 hours. as we take 1 cup rice, we will take 2 cup of vegetables. have to chop the cabbage, capsicum will be julian cut have to cut long french beans into small pieces like this and have to chop carrot like cabbage. have to cut 6-7 green chili like this. need 1/2 cup chicken and have to slice the chicken like this it’s time to prepare the chicken after taking the chicken into a bowl, have to add 1 tea-spoon soya sauce, 1 tea-spoon corn flour and 1/2 tea-spoon black pepper have to marinate it for 5 min. taking 100gm butter into a pan to melt it. adding 1 table-spoon chopped garlic into melted butter when the color of the garlic will change, add the marinated chicken in this. after adding chicken, will mix everything very well. heat of the stove will be full. adding two scramble egg in a side and also adding 1/4 tea-spoon black pepper in it now adding vegetables one by one. atfirst adding long french beans after that, adding chopped carrot and green chili will just saute all the vegetables adding sliced capsicum adding chopped cabbage now mixing all the ingredients very well. adding boiled rice. after mixing rice and vegetables very well, adding 1 table-spoon soya suace adding 2 table spoon fish sauce adding 1 table-spoon sugar adding a little bit black pepper in two steps. it’s ready now.
